Gabrielle Union, Dwyane Wade welcome first child via surrogate

And baby makes three.

Celebrity couple Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union announced Thursday that they welcomed a “miracle baby” into their family through a surrogate.

“We are sleepless and delirious but so excited to share that, our miracle baby, arrived last night via surrogate and 11/7 will forever be etched in our hearts as the most loveliest of all the lovely days,” the Miami Heat player tweeted with a set of adorable photos. “Welcome to the party sweet girl!”

Wade and Union, best known for roles in “Bring It On,” “Being Mary Jane” and “The Birth of a Nation,” began dating in 2009 and were married in August 2014.

The 46-year-old actress has also helped raise Wade’s three sons, 16-year-old Zaire, 11-year-old Zion and 4-year-old Xavier, as well as his 17-year-old nephew.

In her memoir, “We’re Going to Need More Wine,” Union revealed that she’s suffered multiple miscarriages and opened up about her struggles with infertility and IVF.

“I have had eight or nine miscarriages,” she wrote last year. “For three years, my body has been a prisoner of trying to get pregnant — I’ve either been about to go into an IVF cycle, in the middle of an IVF cycle, or coming out of an IVF cycle.”

Neither Wade nor Union, who also shared the same sweet message on social media, revealed their daughter’s name.
