Updated

Alec Baldwin has been arrested.

The former "30 Rock" star was reportedly arrested around 1:35 p.m. on Friday afternoon after getting into a physical altercation with another man over a parking spot in Greenwich Village in New York City.

Baldwin got into a fight with a driver over a parking spot near the intersection of 10th Street and 5th Avenue after the unidentified man took a spot that a third party had been holding for Baldwin. The actor reportedly told the man to "f--k off" and asked "what do you think you're doing?" before eventually punching him in the face.

"He got into an altercation with someone over a parking [spot]," a witness told the outlet. "It's like a scene from 'Goodfellas.'"

The 49-year-old driver was taken to Lenox Hill Healthplex to be checked out, though his injuries didn't appear to be that serious.

Baldwin is reportedly being held at the NYPD's 6th Precinct station, Page Six added. He had previously been arrested in 2014 after going off on two cops after he was stopped for biking the wrong way down a street.
