“Ray Donovan” actor Marion “Pooch” Hall has been arrested after he allegedly let his 2-year-old son take the wheel of his car because he was too drunk to drive.
Hall, 44, was busted in Burbank, Calif. Wednesday night after his Chrysler sedan slammed into a parked car, Burbank Police Department Sergeant Derek Green said.
Witnesses told police they’d seen the car weaving in and out of traffic and that the driver not only had a toddler in his lap, but that the toddler had been gripping the steering wheel.
Hall was detained at the scene on suspicion of driving under the influence after he failed a series of field sobriety tests, Green said.
TMZ reports the actor had a BAC of .25, which is more than three times the legal limit.
