Thursday’s emotional Senate Judiciary Committee hearing addressing accusations of sexual assault against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh garnered numerous messages of support from celebrities moved by Christine Blasey Ford’s testimony — but one reality star is “standing with Brett.”

Luke Pell, the country singer who wooed JoJo Fletcher on the 2016 season of The Bachelorette before popping up on this year’s The Bachelor Winter Games, voiced his support for Kavanaugh in a tweet that cast doubt on Dr. Ford’s “allegation” (quotes his). He signed off with the hashtag #IStandWithBrett.

He went on to call Kavanaugh a “great American” and said those doubting his innocence were “ignorant.”

Pell deleted the tweets following backlash and accusations of victim-shaming, but screenshots exist.

Former Bachelor Season 15 contestant Ashley Spivey responded to Pell’s tweets by saying that he was rejected as The Bachelor because he privately messaged women and “did disgusting things.” Pell subsequently blocked Spivey.

Aside from deleting his original comments and blocking critics, Pell hasn’t addressed the outcry. He has kept up footage of Sen. Lindsey Graham’s vehement defense of Kavanaugh, which he captioned with a reference to his own yearbook.

One Bachelor alum who is definitely not in Kavanaugh’s corner? Former Bachelorette — and trained lawyer — Rachel Lindsay.
