Controversial Halloween costumes: All the outfits celebrities probably regret (or should, anyway)

Off-color Halloween costumes happen every year, and repercussion is usually in the form of disapproving looks -- but for celebrities, the embarrassment lives on well past October 31.

From intentionally-provoking to (presumably) well-intentioned mishaps, famous faces occasionally miss the mark as they select their Halloween ensembles.
