Kate Gosselin 'maintains full custody' of kids as Jon alleges daughter lives with him

Jon Gosselin may have said in a recent Instagram Live video that his 14-year-old daughter, Hannah, now lives with him permanently, but a source now tells People that his ex-wife, Kate, "maintains full custody of all eight of her kids."

That includes Hannah -- one of the pair’s sextuplets, now 14 -- as well as their now-17-year-old twins, Mady and Cara.

While Jon wished the twins a happy birthday last October on social media, People reports that the teens remain estranged from their dad.

Jon and Kate’s divorce was finalized in 2009, but the custody battle between them has continued over the next decade.

An E! News report from April said that, at least at that time, while Kate had full legal custody, Jon maintained partial physical custody of their children.

According to Radar Online, in the Instagram video, Jon Gosselin can be heard saying his daughter went to make hot dogs, before adding in response to a fan question that "she permanently lives with me."

Hannah has shown up in a great number of her father’s Instagram posts over the past several months, including one recent post on the Fourth of July.
