Angelina Jolie deeply jealous of Amal Clooney, believes she 'stole her identity': Report

Insiders are leveraging embarrassing accusations about Angelina Jolie, claiming the newly-single star is "insanely jealous" of none other than Amal Clooney.

Jolie believes Clooney has "'stolen her identity' as the world’s most prominent, glamorous humanitarian," Page Six reports: "Angelina hates all the attention that Amal is getting — she’s beautiful, she’s smart, she’s stylish, she has a beautiful family and she’s doing important human rights work."

Clooney, a renowned human rights lawyer who became better-known to the American public only after marrying actor George Clooney in 2014, has seemingly effortlessly blended her high-profile career with motherhood and a Hollywood lifestyle.

Her do-it-all persona has apparently left Jolie livid, especially amidst her current public image crisis as she battles ex Brad Pitt in their messy, drawn-out split. Jolie is also allegedly upset that the Clooneys have publicly sided with Pitt in the divorce.

Jolie runs two charitable foundations and is a UN special envoy, but she's struggled to escape her own Hollywood history. Born to famous actor parents, she's suffered her fair share of damaging headlines over the years, most notably when her relationship with Pitt began in the early aughts. At the time, he was married to Jennifer Aniston, the quintessential "America's sweetheart."

But unlike her feud with Aniston, Jolie's bitterness this time around is apparently one-sided: "The truth is, Amal isn’t concerned at all about Angelina — she is fully focused on her family and her work," Page Six reports.
