'Million Dollar Listing New York': Ryan Serhant hits a roadblock during showing in exclusive clip

Ryan Serhant faces a debacle on the upcoming episode of "Million Dollar Listing New York."

On the sixth episode of the Bravo show's current seventh season, Ryan works with a seller to show a 4,100 square-foot apartment to a pair of potential buyers. The showing appears to go well, but after the interested party expresses interest in doing a possible gut renovation after purchasing the apartment, the seller suddenly becomes hesitant -- which worries Ryan.

"This is gonna be hard," Ryan proclaims.
