Report: Bill Shine's wife deletes Twitter account over backlash from Megyn Kelly and Gretchen Carlson

Another twitter storm is brewing but it’s not with President Trump, rather, Bill Shine’s wife, Darla.

The wife of the fired-Fox News executive turned White House comms chief deleted her Twitter account after being called out for attacking women. According to the Hollywood Reporter, those women claim her husband turned a blind-eye to sexual harassment at the network.

Darla went after former Fox News stars Gretchen Carlson and Megyn Kelly, who both allege they were sexual harassed by the network’s then-CEO Roger Ailes.

"Oh and Darla got to spew crap about me without any repercussions but women who are harassed and forced into secret arbitration or settlements can’t say s—-. Go figure," Carlson tweeted.

Kelly, responding to Darla’s assertion that the star was only subjected to an “awkward hug” with Ailes said, "To Darla Shine — yes, it was indeed an 'awkward hug' between me (then a 2d year reporter) & my then-boss, the CEO Ailes, especially when in his locked office he tried to make out w/me & then demanded to know when my contract was up after I shoved him off."

As the Huffington Post points out, Darla has a history of promoting conspiracy theories on twitter and making offensive comments.
