If there was anyone who we could guarantee would make a snappy recovery from her pregnancy and birth, it would be Khloe Kardashian. The reality TV star toook a wellness-forward lifestyle and became a famously healthy-eater and gym rat. So naturally, it was a matter of time before she returned to the scene in tip-top form.
The newest Kardashian momma appeared on Kendall’s Instagram story over the weekend just 11 weeks after giving birth to baby True, taking in some sun wearing a sunny Gen Z yellow bikini not unlike the number that her younger sister wore a few weeks ago in a bikini mirror selfie. It seems yellow is the color of choice in swimwear for the Kardashian-Jenners at the moment.
It should come as no surprise that the 34-year-old (her birthday was last week) snapped back into shape so quickly — Khloe has been candid on both Instagram and Snapchat about her journey to getting back in shape. The new mom got real about how hard it is to build fitness momentum with a new baby, telling fans on Snapchat, “The beginning parts of working out kind of suck because you’re pushing your body so hard, you’re so tired, and you’re trying to get back into your rhythm.”
Kardashian also explained that she, like many a new mother, struggles to find balance between her new role as a mom and her time to take care of herself. “It’s also a struggle trying to fit in working out between feedings,” she said on Snap. “No two days are the same. True is so great, but still, I can’t predict if she’s gonna sleep for the full two hours or if she’s hungry.”
From the looks of it, Khloe’s patience and diligence is paying off and she’ll be back in post-baby revenge body shape in no time at all.
