Chris Pratt 'smitten' with girlfriend Katherine Schwarzenegger: Report

Chris Pratt is "smitten" with reported new girlfriend, Katherine Schwarzenegger, after a few months of seeing each other.

E! News reported this week that things between the "Guardians of the Galaxy" actor and the lifestyle blogger -- whose parents are Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver -- are new, but headed in a promising direction, just over a week after photos of their romantic Father's Day picnic emerged online.

"It's still very new between Chris and Katherine but the picnic was not their first date," a source told E! News. "They have been on multiple low key dates and have been talking consistently for the last two months or so."

The alleged couple met "through mutual friends" and "both really like each other," the source added. "Chris is smitten by Katherine and is super happy about how it's going so far."

The pair's budding romance comes months after Pratt's ex, Anna Faris, started dating cinematographer Michael Barrett. Pratt and Faris announced their shocking separation in August of 2017 and share son, Jack.

They've both since spoken out about their desire to co-parent together as they continued to both move on from their eight-year marriage.
