Donald Trump Jr. calls Jane Fonda 'disgusting' in new tweet
In the midst of the backlash against his father's "zero tolerance" immigration policy, Donald Trump Jr. took to Twitter to react to Peter Fonda's since-deleted tweet.
Earlier today, the 55-year-old actor voiced his opinion about the border separation policy on the social media platform suggesting "we should rip Barron Trump from his mother's arm and put him in a cage with pedophiles."
The president's son responded by calling Peter's sister, Jane Fonda, "disgusting."
"I didn’t think it was possible but @iamfonda found a way to be as disgusting as his sister Jane was when she stood with the enemy in Vietnam," he said. "Doesn’t get more vile than wishing for a young boy to be raped by pedophiles. There’s a special place in hell..."

According to Peter Fonda's IMDB page, he is set to star alongside Christopher Plummer and Vera Farmiga in a new Sony Pictures film called "Boundaries" that will be released by the end of this year. Trump questioned whether Sony would be pulling the plug on the project just as ABC did with "Roseanne" at the end of May.
As an FYI @SonyPictures has a movie with him dropping in a few days. I wonder if they will apply the same rules to @iamfonda that they did to @therealroseanne. I have a strange suspicion that they wont do anything. Please RT, we deserve an answer! https://t.co/j38NnlJKn7
