Producer Dr. Luke is suing the “Tik Tok” singer, whose real name is Kesha RoseSebert, for her allegations that he drugged and raped her.

Dr. Luke, whose name is Lukasz Gottwald, says in recent court papers that Kesha sent Lady Gaga a text message on Feb. 26. 2016, that “repeated Defendant’s false claim that Gottwald had raped her” and “falsely asserted that Gottwald had also raped Kathryn Hudson p/k/a Katy Perry.”
