'Dancing With the Stars' host Tom Bergeron flaunts abs in shirtless selfie

Tom Bergeron is stripping down!

The "Dancing With the Stars" host, 63, took to Instagram ahead of Monday's episode of the ABC reality competition to share a shirtless selfie, which was a re-creation of "DWTS" pro Sasha Farber's shirtless snap from earlier in the day.

"Note the careful placement of love-handle-hiding chair," Bergeron captioned the photo collage, alluding to a strategically-placed dressing room chair hiding his waistline.

In both of the mirror selfies, the "DWTS" personalities are seen holding up their left hands as they snapped a selfie with their right hands.

"Is this the official excitement pose??" Bergeron playfully texted Farber.

As People points out, though this is the first time "Dancing With the Stars" fans have gotten a glimpse at Bergeron without his shirt on, the television personality frequently posts on social media about his time at the gym, where he's usually getting personal training sessions at Equinox.
