Dannielynn Birkhead steps out!

The daughter of the late Anna Nicole Smith attended the 144th Annual Kentucky Derby on Saturday afternoon at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Kentucky, and she's definitely growing up.

The 11-year-old, who is now rocking braces, opted for a pretty white tea-length dress adorned with blue flowers, a blue ribbon at her waist, a matching blue necklace, white gloves and a massive white hat also with blue flowers on it.

Her white-and-blue ensemble perfectly matched that of her father's. Larry opted for a checkered baby blue suit with a matching tie and pocket square.

They also attended the Barnstable Brown Gala ahead of the Kentucky Derby on Friday night.

The father-daughter outing on Saturday marks a rare public appearance by the duo, but it wasn't entirely unexpected: Larry and Dannielynn have attended the Kentucky Derby for the last several years together to commemorate where Larry met Dannielynn's late mother, Anna Nicole Smith.

Larry has been a single father to his only daughter ever since her mother died in February of 2007. They live nearby in Kentucky, where the 11-year-old blonde enjoys a relatively normal childhood away from the public eye.

Last fall, Larry opened up to Entertainment Tonight about their quiet life together and revealed that she is pushing him to date.

"We went to a swim party and it was a bunch of moms and I felt out of place, sitting there going, ‘I can do this,’ [while] they’re all gossiping," Birkhead said last year. "Then Dannielynn comes over, takes my foot and slides it next to the mother’s foot next to me. She says, ‘Y’all need to get to know each other.’ It’s cute when she tries to push me out of the house and get me to date and do things."
