Pump Rules' Brittany Cartwright had facial injections to fix 'double chin'

SUR-prise! Vanderpump Rules star Brittany Cartwrightadmitted she had work done on her face to alter her appearance and minimize the fat under her chin.

Cartwright, 29, revealed the secret behind her leaner look while responding to a fan via Instagram on Monday, April 23.

“Hey beautiful can you please share what you had done to your double chin?” the user asked. “I saw a pic of you wearing a band over your head because I am looking to get cool sculpting.”

Another Pump Rules devotee chimed in, writing, “I believe it was a kybella injection,” which Cartwright later confirmed.

According to mykybella.com, the prescription medicine is “used in adults to improve the appearance and profile of moderate to severe fat below the chin (submental fat), also called ‘double chin.’”

This is not the first time that the Kentucky native has had work done. Back on a February 2016 episode of her Bravo show, Cartwright’s boyfriend, Jax Taylor, convinced her to have a breast augmentation. “It’s not just for you, it’s for me,” he told her at the time. “Who doesn’t love big boobs?”

Taylor, 38, also went under the knife in November 2014 when he had a nose job.

The couple have been open about their procedures, as well as their tumultuous relationship, through Vanderpump Rules. It was revealed on the season 6 premiere that the bartender cheated on the waitress with their coworker, Faith Stowers. Although the pair are in a good place today, they broke up and rekindled their romance a few times on the season after Taylor’s revelation.
