Paris Jackson, 20, slams family members who 'think I'm about to die': 'If you're worried about me, call me'

Paris Jackson isn't pleased that her family members are talking to the press instead of directly to her.

"So apparently people think I'm about to die," Jackson, 20, says in a new Instagram story, seeming equal parts bemused and disappointed.

An unnamed friend next to her in the car adds, "It's a terrible thing and not true."

"So I guess to all the family members that are talking to these news outlets saying you're worried for me." Jackson continues as she lifts her sunglasses, "when was the last time you called me?"

The video follows a Page Six report that members of the Jackson family are panicked about her well-being, with some suggesting that her partying is out of control and she is "heading for a serious meltdown."

But Jackson says the person closest to her -- brother Prince, 21 -- isn't concerned: "Prince isn't worried about me. Why?" she says in the Instagram video. "Because Prince and I talk all the time. If you're worried about me, call me."

Jackson has previously shared that she's attempted suicide on more than one occasion, although only one attempt went public. She told Rolling Stone that the suicidal thoughts began after the 2009 death of her father.

“They always say, ‘Time heals,’ but it really doesn’t. You just get used to it,” she said. “I live life with the mentality of ‘Okay, I lost the only thing that has ever been important to me.’ So going forward, anything bad that happens can’t be nearly as bad as what happened before. So I can handle it … I feel him with me all the time.”

The January 2017 interview also notes that Paris was, at the time, completely sober except for menthol cigarettes.
