Rachel Weisz, Daniel Craig expecting first child!

A little 007! Rachel Weisz is pregnant and expecting her first child with Daniel Craig. The actress revealed the happy news in a New York Times profile, which was published on Friday, April 20.

“I’ll be showing soon,” the 48-year-old actress gushed. “Daniel and I are so happy. We’re going to have a little human. We can’t wait to meet him or her. It’s all such a mystery.”

Weisz and the Skyfall actor, 50, tied the knot in 2011. They most recently stepped out together for a charity event in NYC, where she appeared to be covering up her baby bump with a black jacket over her red dress.

Weisz opened up about their marriage in an interview with ES Magazine in January. “You make it your own. It’s very personal, it’s very private. I don’t think mine’s particularly exceptional apart from that we’re both in the public eye,” she said at the time. “But I never thought I would get married. It was not an ambition of mine. It was the opposite. I couldn’t relate to romantic comedies – marriage seems to be the whole point of them. Then it just happened, happily, at a more mature moment.”

She also spoke about keeping their romance private with More. “He’s just too famous. It would be a betrayal. You have to protect your marriage. When you’re young, you tell your girlfriends everything. One of the great pleasures of not being an adolescent is that you don’t have to share everything. When you’re married, that door closes. The audience goes, and you’re in your own life.”

This will be the first child for the couple. Weisz is already mom of son Henry, 11, with her former partner, director Darren Aronofsky. Craig, meanwhile, is dad of daughter Ella, 25, with actress Fiona Loudon.
