'Dancing With the Stars' pros revealed for all-athlete season

Updated

The pros for Dancing With the Stars: Athletes have officially been announced!

On Thursday, ABC revealed the 10 dancers who will be back in the ballroom for the four-week, all-athlete edition of the dance competition show.

Reigning mirrorball champion Lindsay Arnold is returning, in hopes of defending her title. She'll compete against other fan-favorites like Sharna Burgess, Witney Carson and Emma Slater. As for the boys? Veteran pros Gleb Savchenko, Artem Chigvintsev, Keo Motsepe and Alan Bersten will all be back, along with Sasha Farber, who was bumped down to a troupe dancer last season.

Jenna Johnson will also be back as a pro! The longtime troupe dancer made her pro debut during the show's 23rd season, partnered with Jake T. Austin, but unfortunately, they were the first pair to be voted off. We're excited the network is giving her a second shot at nabbing a mirrorball.

And while we're totally stoked to see what these talented dancers will create for their celebrity partners this season, it will definitely be weird not seeing Peta Murgatroyd, Val Chmerkovskiy or Maks Chmerkovskiy in the ballroom, as the three were noticeably absent from the pro lineup. They are currently on their CONFIDENTIAL dance tour, which runs through May 16.

Moments before the pros were announced, ET exclusively revealed that NFL star Josh Norman would be one of the stars vying for the mirrorball trophy. The Washington Redskins cornerback will be competing against nine other stars, including Tonya Harding, Adam Rippon, Jamie Anderson and Jennie Finch. ABC does not typically comment on casting rumors, but the full lineup of athletes (and who they're partnered with!) will be revealed Friday on Good Morning America.

Dancing With the Stars' all-athlete season premieres Monday, April 30 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
