Tommy Lee's son Brandon will not face charges after the explosive fight last month that launched a bitter he-said, she-said feud.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office declined to file charges against the younger Lee due to victim unavailability, a spokesperson told the Daily News.
Brandon, 21, was facing charges after allegedly socking his drummer dad in the mouth during a late-night brawl.
Brandon claimed the punch was in self-defense, as Lee was intoxicated and "lunged at him," according to TMZ.
"I'm devastated at the events of the last several days that have been a result of my father's alcoholism," he said in a statement to People. "I lov emy father and just want to see him sober, happy and healthy."
But the Motley Crue rocker painted a different picture, claiming he was in bed with fiancée Brittany Furlan when Brandon entered the room and knocked him unconscious before fleeing from police.
The fight allegedly erupted over a tweet by Lee that attacked his ex-wife — and Brandon's mom — Pamela Anderson for discussing their allegedly abusive relationship in an interview with Piers Morgan.
"Think she'd find something new to discuss instead of rehashing old s-t but I guess she has nothing else going on & needs attention. Signed, 'The Abuser' (who she texts everyday & asks for me back)," he wrote.
Anderson released a lengthy statement in the aftermath, pinning the blame entirely on Lee and his struggles with alcoholism.
"I have complete faith in Brandon and his team to resolve this unfortunate and sad situation regarding his father," she wrote. "I pray Tommy gets the help he needs. His actions are desperate and humiliating — He is a disaster spinning out of control. And he is not acting like a father… I stand beside my son who acted out of self-defense and was scared for his life."
Lee hit back at the statement, saying he was not an alcoholic, but a "happy fun loving guy," and that Brandon was just ungrateful.
TMZ reported in March that Lee was willing to withdraw his police report as long as Brandon issued him an apology, but he refused, and Lee was gunning for a restraining order. It is unclear if he ever obtained one.
Brandon reportedly hired an attorney early last month as an investigation into the fight stretched on.
