Shailene Woodley looks nearly unrecognizable with black hair and bangs
Shailene Woodley has a new look!
The Big Little Lies star stepped out in New York City on Thursday for the Bruna Papandrea’s Made Up Stories launch, where she debuted new black hair and bangs.
The dramatic new color and style was accompanied by a mostly black outfit comprised of dark jeans, an elegant jacket and flats.
Woodley, 26, was all smiles as she showed off her new 'do at the event, where she posed alongside her Big Little Lies costar, Zoe Kravitz.
It’s unclear whether the transformation is for her role as Jane Chapman on the award-winning HBO series, which has recently kicked off filming of its second season.
Meanwhile, away from work and glitzy events, Woodley has been having a blast with her boyfriend, Ben Volavola, who plays for rugby team North Harbour in New Zealand.
The hunky 27-year-old athlete has made several goofy appearances on Woodley’s Instagram account recently, including a post where he hilariously lip-synced what appeared to be a children’s book, while Woodley did a voiceover.
