The Salonniere, a site dedicated to “the art of entertaining” has released its annual list of America’s 100 best party hosts and several bold-faced Hollywood names have made the cut. This year’s list honors a select group of ladies and gents from 28 states who have demonstrated “an exceptional ability to leverage the power of parties to enhance the lives of others,” according to a press release.
Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber landed on the list for the first time this year, thanks to their hot-ticket Halloween celebrations, as did Heidi Klum. Solange Knowles was lauded for her “sexy parties with a super-cool vibe,” says the release, while Reese Witherspoon gets the nod for “infusing all her parties with Southern charm…known as one of the nation’s most gracious hostesses.”
Return awardees include Oprah Winfrey, whose “warm and down-to-earth hosting skills are legendary” and New York-based fashion designer Lela Rose “whose attention to detail when entertaining—including matching the cocktail napkins to the cocktails—is unrivaled.”
