Tommy Lee moving forward with battery charges against son Brandon
Tommy Lee doesn't care if his 21-year-old son is prosecuted for punching him in the mouth.
The Mötley Crüe rocker is reportedly moving forward with his criminal complaint alleging Brandon attacked him, according to TMZ.
The two got into an altercation on Monday night where Brandon punched his father in the mouth. He claims it was self-defense, but Lee argues it was uncalled for. Sources close to Tommy Lee told TMZ that if his son ends up being prosecuted for the assault, he would accept that.
"You encourage what you tolerate, and he's not going to tolerate what Brandon did and that's why he wants the criminal case to keep moving along ... at least for now," a source close to Tommy told the gossip site.
On Instagram, the drummer wrote, and later deleted, "My heart is broken. You can give your kids everything they could ever want in their entire lives and they can still turn against you."

The message accompanied a photo of himself with a swollen, bloodied lip.
Brandon Lee told People that he was living with his father to help him overcome his alcoholism and the son of Lee and Pamela Anderson added that his father was drunk at the time of the fight.
The scuffle allegedly broke out after Brandon confronted his father about a social media post regarding Anderson after the "Baywatch" star spoke to Piers Morgan about her ex-husband Tommy Lee's 1998 arrest for spousal battery.
"@piersmorgan ur interviews w/ Donald Trump & my ex-wife are pathetic! Think she'd find something new to discuss instead of rehashing old shit but I guess she has nothing else going on & needs attention ???????" Tommy Lee tweeted. "Signed, 'The abuser' (who she texts everyday & asks for me back)."
Anderson told her side of the story in a lengthy post to her blog Thursday titled "Alcoholism is the Devil."
"I pray Tommy gets the help he needs. His actions are desperate and humiliating - He is a disaster spinning out of control," she wrote.
"He is not acting like a father. But this is nothing new."
