SEE IT: Elton John blasts 'rude' fan who put hands on piano keys

Sir Elton John stormed off stage during a performance Thursday after an overeager fan “put his hands on the piano keys” and disrupted the show.

John, 70, was performing “Saturday Night’s Alright For Fighting” when an audience member, who had been invited to join John onstage, began disturbing the musician.

Video of the incident shows the fan reaching over John’s piano during the show at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas — prompting John to storm off stage mid-song.

John offered his own version of accounts in a statement released Saturday.

“On Thursday night in Las Vegas a fan put his hands on the piano keys while I was playing and continued to do so even after I asked him to stop. He then proceeded to reach over the piano and try to take pictures, completely disrupting the performance,” John said.

John routinely invites fans to stand onstage with him when he plays “Saturday Night.”

“It is always a lovely part of the show where I get to meet them, shake their hands and have them right there with me while I play. They have always been very courteous to the fact we are in the middle of playing a song live,” he said.

But he took issue with at least one fan’s behavior Thursday.

“This guy was rude, disruptive and had no care or respect for our show and so I let him know how I felt, then left the stage until they had removed him,” John said.

John eventually returned to the stage after the fan had been removed from the audience — and lambasted the persona non grata.

“No more coming on stage on Saturday Night, You f---ed it up.” he said.

John stopped a performance of the same song last month after a fan threw Mardi Gras beads at his mouth.

The beads struck him in the mouth and he took a few seconds to check his teeth before continuing to play the song.
