Heather Locklear arrested for domestic violence

Heather Locklear was arrested Sunday after police responded to a report of domestic violence in Thousand Oaks, CA. Her charges are felony domestic violence and battery on a cop.

During the arrest, Locklear reportedly became aggressive -- "flailing, kicking and struck three deputies," TMZ reports.

Audio of the 911 call reveals that Locklear's brother arrived at her home to find Locklear and her boyfriend fighting. The brother called 911.

In 2011, the LAPD responded to a similar call at Locklear's home, where she was engaged in a physical altercation with then-boyfriend Jack Wagner. Neither pressed charges.

Locklear, 56, is reportedly in the process of posting bail.
