Samuel L. Jackson is not pleased with Trump's plan to arm teachers -- to put it mildly
The man who famously played gun-wielding hitman Jules in 1994’s “Pulp Fiction” is now pointing his barrel down at President Donald Trump.
Samuel L. Jackson is not a fan of Trump’s proposal to arm teachers with guns, which comes in the wake of last week’s Florida high school shooting that left 17 dead.
“Can someone that’s been in a Gunfight tell that Muthafukka that’s Never been in a Gunfight, the flaws of his Arm The Teachers plan??!!” wrote Jackson in a Friday afternoon tweet.

Many of the actor’s followers cheered him on with responses of approval, some evoking his famed tough-guy role:

Pretty sure the flaw is the whole mothafukkin' plan, though. I love me some rifles, but a school classroom isn't the place for them at all, my dude.

But there were a few detractors who expressed that Trump’s plan to give teachers guns seems sound:
I've been in many gun fights. If there was a gunman at my kids school I would pray that someone like me was standing between that gunman and my kids.

MSNBC correspondent Joy Reid struck a balance in her response, thanking Jackson, but also pointing out that the gunfights he’s portrayed in his movies are also not real:
Thank you. Movies are not real life.

Since you've never been in one... HOW, do you know there are any?
