Cardi B says she has ‘butterflies in my vagina’ at Grammys

Cardi B’s first Grammys has her feeling butterflies — everywhere.

In an interview with E!’s Giuliana Rancic on Sunday’s award show red carpet, Cardi B said, “I’m feeling good, I’m feeling overwhelmed, nervous, everything.”

“I feel it all, butterflies in my stomach and vagina,” she added, causing Rancic to pause for a few notable seconds before continuing the conversation.

Cardi B landed her first two Grammy nominations this year, best rap song and best rap performance, both for her hit “Bodak Yellow.” Cardi will also take the Grammy stage with Bruno Mars to perform their new collaboration “Finesse” during the show.

Dressed in a white lace gown, the rapper joined the music industry in its support of the #MeToo and Time’s Up movements by sporting a white rose with her look. Following the impact of the Golden Globes red carpet blackout, the Grammys have responded with their own statement, with many artists wearing white roses on the red carpet.

The Grammys return to New York this Sunday for the first time in 15 years and feature performances from nominees Kendrick Lamar, U2, Elton John, Kesha and Pink. The show will be broadcast live from Madison Square Garden at 4:30 p.m. PT/7:30 p.m. ET on CBS. “The Late Late Show” host James Corden returns to emcee the ceremony for a second year.

Here’s the full list of Grammy nominees.

Worst dressed of the 2018 GRAMMY Awards
Pink's feathered gown was all over the place. We love her hair, though!
Sam Smith's suit was okay -- we like the color! -- but that t-shirt underneath really threw things off.
It's tricky to balance glam and wild, and Hailee Steinfeld did her best -- but those purple stiletto boots are just a miss.
Coco Austin bared a whole lot of flesh in this skimpy number. Someone should've reminded her that tonight is about the music!
We've come to expect such awesome fashion moments from Alicia Keys that this black number was just a letdown.
Andra Day's bouffant was a cool hair moment! But this ridiculously over-the-top ensemble would be hard for anyone to pull off, and she just didn't nail it.
Sarah Silverman's dress and fishnets could have worked -- no, really! -- but those combat boots say "night at the bar," not GRAMMYs.
Kesha's face, hair and figure looked incredible! But this look just doesn't say "music's biggest night of the year."
No comment needed on this one, right?
The pantsuit-and-cape combination is a minefield. Just not worth the effort, ladies.
Kali Uchis' jumpsuit isn't so "out there" for the Grammys, but simpler hair and makeup would have worked better with such an in-your-face ensemble.
Marcella Guarino's pink dress was pretty, but it's January! We'd have preferred to see this in the springtime.
Men's fashion can be tricky, but there's no excuse for Cody Longo's leopard-print situation.
