Ellen Page ties the knot with new wife Emma Portner

It's a very happy new year for Ellen Page!

The actress has quietly wed her love Emma Portner, she revealed Wednesday on Instagram.

"Can't believe I get to call this extraordinary woman my wife," Page captioned a set of three photos. The first image shows their hands with wedding rings, while the next shows the two embracing near a forest. The third is a solo shot of Emma.

It's unclear when the two officially started dating, but reports have suggested they've been together since summer 2017.

The "Flatliners" star, whose breakout role in "Juno" made her a household name in 2007, told Deadline in 2015 that she hoped to get married in the future.

"Yeah," she said at the time. "I'd like that."
