AMAs 2017: Complete winners list

The world's largest fan-voted award show are here -- and the 2017 AMAs definitely delivered some memorable moments.

Bruno Mars went into the night as the most-nominated artist, and he ended the night the most awarded, winning seven out of the eight awards he was up for, including Artist of the Year. He wasn't there to accept his many wins, though, as he's still on his sold-out world tour.

Tracee Ellis Ross hosted the performance-heavy ceremony, which featured standout moments from Pink, Christina Aguilera and Kelly Clarkson.

Lifetime Achievement award winner Diana Ross closed the show with an age-defying performance of some of her century-defining hits like "I'm Coming Out" and "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" -- a medley she ended by welcoming her entire family onto the stage with her.

Worst Dressed of the American Music Awards 2017
Lili Reinhart is beyond adorable, so this boring black number was a surprise! Even the thigh-high slit manages to be underwhelming.
Bebe Rexha's skintight number looked very, very difficult to walk in -- and is it see through?! A lot of oddness going on here!
PatrickStarrr is always one to embrace "go big or go home," but this lime green fringed... thing is a bit beyond comprehension!
Ashlee Simpson's gown isn't bad on its own, but in combination with that platinum blonde hair and a nude lip, she looks a bit washed out.
Erika Girardi's hot pink satin boots are more suited for an '80s theme party than an awards show -- even one as unique as the AMAs.
We love that Rachel Platten embraced two of the year's hottest trends -- sheer fabrics and plunging necklines -- but it didn't quite mesh with her more subdued hair and makeup.
Camila Mendes' floor-length dress was pretty unremarkable, and the AMAs are all about taking fashion risks! She's gorgeous, but this just didn't suit the night.
Kehlani's look was kind of all over the place, and while we totally adore her, this messy ensemble was simply a miss.
Machine Gun Kelly's bizarre ensemble was certainly a head-turner -- but just because it grabs attention doesn't mean it's a good look!
