Would you vote for Alec Baldwin if he ran for president?

Well, the "Saturday Night Live" regular has apparently put some serious thought into it after portraying current president Donald Trump on the sketch comedy show for the past two seasons.

Baldwin was promoting his most recent book, “You Can’t Spell America without Me: The Really Tremendous Inside Story of My Fantastic First Year as President Donald J. Trump (A So-Called Parody),” at George Washington University this week when an audience member asked him the question.

"Do you think you would make a good president?"

"Yeah, I think I'd be a good president, to run for office is something that I want to do," he said before noting that he also thinks it wouldn’t be a practical fit for his lifestyle and his children.

The actor has four children. He shares Ireland, 22, with ex Kim Bassinger, while he and current wife Hilaria share three children together: Carmon Gabriela, 4, Rafael Thomas, 2, and Leonardo Ángel Charles, 1. They also have another on the way.

Baldwin won an Emmy for his impersonation of President Donald Trump on "Saturday Night Live" back in September.
