Rosie O’Donnell is ‘in love’ with a younger woman

Love in is in the air for Rose O'Donnell.

The longtime talk show host revealed she's dating a woman 22 years younger than her — and is elated by how it's going so far.

"I am in love," O'Donnell said on "The Howard Stern Show" Monday. "It's the first time I've dated someone younger than me and it's a very trippy thing."

O'Donnell, 55, did not reveal the identity of her new girlfriend, but said she gets along with her "so well," even with the age difference.

Despite their chemistry, O'Donnell made it clear she will never get married again.

"I would rather stay in it for love and not deal with lawyers if God-forbid it doesn't work out," she told host Howard Stern.

O'Donnell was previously married to Kelli Carpenter in 2004, only for them to get an annulment later that year.

Her second marriage to Michelle Rounds lasted from 2012 to 2015, but ended with a bitter custody battle over their daughter Dakota, who is now 4. Rounds died in an apparent suicide in September, and O'Donnell mourned her death at the time, calling it "a terrible tragedy."

O'Donnell, who has five children, has hosted multiple talk shows over the years, including "The View" for multiple stints as several versions of her own program.
