Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt welcome baby boy

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are parents.

The reality TV alums welcomed a baby boy named Gunner Stone on Sunday, Us Weeklyreported.

"Heidi and Spencer are proud parents of a healthy baby boy as of this afternoon," the couple's rep told Us.

When they announced the news of their pregnancy in April, they revealed that the due date was Oct. 19.

The duo became famous when they were starring on The Hills. Viewers saw their relationship kick off and play out on the MTV show as they ultimately made enemies of Montag's one-time friend and roommate (and the show's star) Lauren Conrad. They also have appeared on other reality shows, including the U.K.'s Celebrity Big Brother.

In 2009, Montag famously had 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day.
