In those hundreds of hopefuls looking to outwit, outplay and outlast their competitors, there have been some that have also out-transformed their fellow players! During their time filming, "Survivor" contestants have been known to go through quite the physical transformation, sometimes becoming nearly unrecognizable when they return for the season's finale.

From Ethan Zohn to James "J.T." Thomas and Parvati Shallow, we've gathered together some of the wildest transformations in the show's history. Former "The View" co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck also made our list, as her transformation on the show's second season in Australia, where she competed as Elisabeth Filarski, is truly one for the books.
