Jerry Lewis left 6 sons from first marriage out of will: report

He made tearful pleas for "Jerry's Kids" during his telethons — but in the end, Jerry Lewis left all six kids from his first marriage out of his will.

The comedy icon and host of the Muscular Dystrophy Association's annual telethons signed a last will and testament in 2012 that excluded — by name — the sons he shared with first wife Patti Palmer, according to the blast.com.

"I have intentionally excluded Gary Lewis, Ronald Lewis, Anthony Joseph Lewis, Christopher Joseph Lewis, Scott Anthony Lewis and Joseph Christopher Lewis and their descendants as beneficiaries of my estate, it being my intention that they shall receive no benefits hereunder," the will obtained by the website read.

He noted that his son Joseph died in 2009 after a battle with drug addiction.

With his sons omitted, Lewis left his potentially massive estate to widow SanDee Pitnick, according to The Blast.

The next person in line is the couple's 25-year-old daughter Danielle.

Lewis, 91, died in Las Vegas last month from heart failure.

His marriage to Palmer lasted from 1944 until 1980. He was 56 years old in 1983 when he married Pitnick, a Las Vegas dancer who was 32.

Lewis' oldest son, Gary, became a pop music star with Gary Lewis and the Playboys in the 1960s.

Gary spoke out after Joseph's death and blamed their father.

He claimed Lewis had turned his back on Joseph and that the youngest son "partly died of a broken heart," according to globemagazine.com.
