Katy Perry sued after stagehand loses toe in tragic accident

A Katy Perry tour stagehand lost her toe and is suing the pop star for her pain and suffering.

The singer is being sued by former employee Christina Fish, who alleges she lost her toe during an accident while working as a stagehand during Perry's Prismatic World Tour in Raleigh, N.C., in 2014, according to TMZ.

Fish filed suit against the "Roar" singer, which claims she was asked to help move a wall that got stuck and rolled across her foot.

She writes in the suit that she felt her shoe fill up with blood. No one on the crew offered to rush her to the hospital, instead she had to call a friend to take her to the emergency room.

Graphic images obtained by TMZ show the gruesome injury where Fish's big toe eventually turned black and was later the one the one that got away.

She insists she was instructed by doctors to leave on the "dead toe" until the absolute last minute, which she is claiming led to emotional distress.

Fish was unable to use her foot for several months due to the extent of the injury.

Her passion for yoga has also been pretty much thwarted because she no longer as 10 toes. It is unclear how much Fish is requesting in the suit.

A rep for Perry did not immediately respond to a Daily News request for comment.
