Katie Holmes stepped out in NYC in a bizarre, zip-front jumpsuit that we weren't feeling, though former "Today" show personality Tamron Hall was a total winner in her colorful summer mini dress.

Across the pond, Pamela Anderson looked like a total pinup in an all-black ensemble as she partied in Saint Tropez.
