Carrie Underwood shows off her fit bikini figure -- see the pic!

Talk about a bikini bod!

Carrie Underwood took to Instagram on Friday to share a photo of some summer fun in the sun -- and showed off her rock hard abs in the process!

"Summertime is all about love...love for people, love for the outdoors and love for living in the moment," the 34-year-old singer wrote. "Get out there and relax!"

Of course, the "Dirty Laundry" singer also made sure to note that the photo was "#NoFilter." With abs like that, who needs one?

The American Idol alum spoke to ET at the GRAMMYs in February and admitted that her workouts often revolve around the schedule of her 2-year-old son, Isaiah.

"I do whatever I can and make time for it. Isaiah goes down for a nap, I've been in my workout clothes all day long, I'm there, I'm ready, I make it happen," she said. "If it's 15 minutes, that's good. If it's an hour, that's great. It just happens when and how it happens."
