HGTV announces new 'House Hunters' spinoff -- 'House Hunters Family'

Paging all "House Hunters" fans!

A new "House Hunters" spinoff is coming your way -- "House Hunters Family." HGTV revealed the series will premiere on July 31.

The spinoff will follow the same structure as the original "House Hunters," but instead of couples or friends trying to find homes, parents and their kids will tour three properties and try to agree on the ideal house they all love the best.

In the premiere episode, a family of six -- including four children ages 18 to two -- look for a new home in the Denver suburbs that will provide the indoor and outdoor spaces they desire.

"House Hunters" and "House Hunters International" are beloved, longtime franchises for the network, so it's no surprise they're adding more spinoffs to the lineup.

Earlier this year, HGTV also announced a "Fixer Upper" spinoff -- "Behind The Design." More on that in the video above!
