Jessica Simpson throws an awesome Moana-themed party for son Ace's birthday

Party-planning moms, take note!

Jessica Simpson just outdid herself with a "Moana"-themed party for her son, Ace, who celebrated four years alongside his favorite Disney characters. Real-life Moana, Maui and even chicken Heihei made appearances at his bash -- and, of course, the whole Simpson-Johnson clan dressed for the occasion!

Jessica looked incredible as always in a Polynesian-inspired bodycon dress, while hubby Eric Johnson chose a classic Hawaiian shirt. Their five-year-old daughter Maxwell stuck to the floral trend in a sweet dress and rock necklace, and the little man of the hour sported tropical trunks.

Although Dwayne Johnson (who voices Maui) isn't in the business of dressing up for kids' parties, Jessica landed an actor who looked like he stepped right out of the movie. He and Moana played backyard games with Ace, as documented on Jessica's Instagram. Too cute!

If the party itself wasn't enough, Ace's guests went home with huge personalized gift bags! The canvas sacks were emblazoned in gold with "[Child's Name]'s Toys." But before the kids could take home their hauls, Ace -- rocking a coconut bra -- climbed on top of the pile for a quick pic.

Now that Ace's birthday celebrations are all wrapped up, it's on to the next one: Jessica will celebrate her 37th on July 10.
