Paris Jackson honors father Michael Jackson on anniversary of his death with eerie photo

Paris Jackson honored her late father Michael Jackson on the anniversary of his death

The 19-year-old rising star took to Instagram late on Sunday night to share a fan-made photo that Photoshopped a new picture of Paris and an old picture of Michael to make it look as though they're sitting together.

The eerie and emotional tribute emphasizes just how much Paris takes after her late, legendary father, as they share a ton of the same facial features.

"My angel, my king, my universe," she captioned the photo. "8 years without you feels like a lifetime."

The post, which has the comments disabled on it, comes 8 years after Jackson died on June 25, 2009 of acute propofol and benzodiazepine intoxication at his Los Angeles home.

The circumstances around his death were almost immediately questioned, and his personal doctor Conrad Murray was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in 2011 and served a two-year prison sentence.

Since her father's death, Jackson has slowly begun to make a name for herself in Hollywood as an increasingly in-demand model. Her brother, Prince Michael Jackson, has also begun to carve out his place in the music industry, following in his groundbreaking father's footsteps.
