Shannen Doherty and her husband, Kurt Iswarienko, are "twinning!"

Months after announcing that she was in remission following radiation treatments for breast cancer, the 46-year-old actress shared a selfie while vacationing in Tulum, Mexico, that showcased her growing hair. Doherty's social media followers got another look at her brunette locks in a post with a dog. "For me, there is always a dog. This is Sophia. She can't give enough love. Neither can I. I'll miss her. Just met her here in Mexico," the Beverly Hills, 90210 star wrote. "She lives on the property we are staying at. Para mi, Siempre hay un perro. Su nombre es Sophia. La extrañare."

Since learning of her breast cancer diagnosis, Doherty has been diligent about sharing her journey with fans. When she got news that her cancer was in remission, she happily posted about it, but also noted that "the next five years is crucial" in her recovery. "Recurrences happen all the time. Many of you have shared that very story with me," she wrote. "So with a heart that is certainly lighter, I wait."

In an exclusive interview with ET last July, Doherty opened up about battling breast cancer and taking life day by day. "I don't look past today," she said. "I want to believe that if I fight, I'm gonna be OK."

"The unknown is always the scariest part," Doherty added. "Is the chemo going to work? Is the radiation going to work? You know, am I going to have to go through this again, or am I going to get secondary cancer? Everything else is manageable. Pain is manageable, you know living without a breast is manageable, it's the worry of your future and how your future is going to affect the people that you love."
