Ashley Graham breaks down crying after directing women in their first lingerie shoot

Ashley Graham's emotions got the best of her when she decided to help four women with their body confidence.

The 29-year-old supermodel and body activist teamed up with Glamour magazine to direct Karolena, Anastasia, Alyssa and Kaitlyn in their first lingerie shoot, and ultimately show them that everyone is beautiful. While the photo shoots were upbeat and inspiring, it was after seeing how great the images turned out that got Graham crying.

Alyssa confessed that she had struggled with an eating disorder and was not super comfortable seeing herself in lingerie. However, by the end of it, she was dancing and posing like a natural. "I think of all the young girls out there that are so insecure with their bodies," Graham tells Alyssa, tearing up. "They see you and they say, 'If she can do it, I can do it.'"

"People just think the body revolution is just a 'trend' and a 'fad,' and, you guys, it's not," Graham continues, now fully breaking down crying. "It goes from big girls to little girls. It goes from Spanish girls to black girls. It goes from white girls to young girls. It's everybody in between."

She further declares, "If we keep having this conversation, if we keep talking about the things that society has said are ugly, the things that we don't see in media, that is what is gonna change."

Graham recently released her memoir, A New Model: What Confidence, Beauty and Power Really Look Like, and spoke with ET about the trials she faced regarding her size when coming up in the model industry.

"Everything was about exterior, everything was about weight for me," she recalled. "I really had to step back and say, 'OK, am I looking for love through sex? Am I looking for love through food? Am I looking for love through the affirmation of fashion people who don't understand my body?' I had to really have, like, a come to Jesus moment."
