AOL launches LeagueTV: Meet the newest fantasy TV app

AOL just launched LeagueTV, a fantasy app for avid reality TV fans.

The app allows super fans to get in on the game by creating a league and predicting the outcomes of their favorite shows. Players earn points for drafting the correct winners at the start of the season, drafting a bracket of contestants they think will stay on the show the longest, and correctly voting off losing contestants week over week.

Throughout the season, players can check in on how they stack up against the rest of the players in their league by checking on the leaderboard. The winner of the league will get ultimate bragging rights at the end of the season.

Unlike other fantasy TV apps, LeagueTV allows you to create a league for multiple shows, from "The Bachelorette" to "The Voice" to "Dancing With the Stars" and many more. You can sign up for multiple leagues with different groups of friends for the same show, in addition to playing with multiple shows at once.

Players can also stay up to date by checking the news tab of the app, which provides the latest updates about the TV show their league is focused on.
