Heidi Klum struts through NYC with her kids in hot, black dress

She's one hot mama!

Heidi Klum was spotted strutting through New York City on Tuesday in a sexy black dress after of an appearance on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" -- and by far the best accessory of her look was her kids!

The model mom took her children - daughters Leni, 13, and Lou, seven, and sons Henry, 11, and Johan, 10 out for dinner in the Big Apple after she hit the late show. Klum looked incredible in a tight-fitting black dress with sheer, crochet sections along the bottom that showcased her extremely toned legs. She polished off the look with blown out tresses and a set of black heels.

Her kiddos were dressed casually in gym clothes and jeans, but looked like they were having a blast with their mom.

Klum definitely was on her A-game too when she was on Fallon's show. The late-night host challenged her to a dance battle on television and she definitely brought out her best moves. Check it out in the video above.
