2017 marked Kim Kardashian's grand return to Instagram -- and what a return it was!

The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star didn't post on Instagram between October 2, 2016 -- the day before her Paris robbery -- and January 3, 2017, when she returned to her favorite social media platform with a photo of her family.

Kardashian's new aesthetic upon her return was definitely different -- she traded in her flashy, glossy ways for more subdued, grainy photos that showed way less skin and highlighted her family. Of course, Kim being Kim, though, the star still couldn't help but post some super sexy photos this year.

There was her family's enviable trip to Costa Rica during which she donned a series of revealing swimsuits, as well as a couple of trips to New York City where she was spotted in some stunning, lacy looks.
