Lindsay Lohan is pursuing a new business venture: Star to launch her own jewelry line

She's ready for a new start.

That's the message Lindsay Lohan seems to be sending lately, looking fresh-faced and peaceful in Instagram photos over the past few months. And according to Page Six, she's preparing to launch a formal business venture: A personal jewelry line is "in the works," her rep said.

Lohan dropped pretty strong hints during her time in France for the Cannes Film Festival, captioning several photos with #LohanJewelry. In one selfie, she's wearing a long, thin gold chain and what looks like a diamond cartilage hoop. Lounging on a boat in minimal makeup, she looks notably healthier than she has in years.

The redheaded star made a splash at the Cannes amFAR gala when she arrived in an unexpectedly demure, old-Hollywood style gown with pearls. In red lipstick and a curled updo, she was almost unrecognizable.

Despite Lohan's troubled past, her fans are unfailingly loyal, with many urging in her Instagram comments that she make her return to the big screen. And they may get their wish: Tyra Banks, who co-starred with a preteen Lohan in "Life Size," says talks are underway for Lohan to return for an upcoming sequel: "I want her to come back and I think that she does too," Tyra said on The Talk. "Actually, I know she does. So I really hope that she can be in it."
