Britney struts her stuff, Madonna turns heads and Reese Witherspoon surprises a college student!

Celebs were up to a lot of fun this week, and we got a front row seat on Instagram.

Madonna got people talking with a photo of one of her newly-adopted kids posing with a "f--k cocaine" pillow, which garnered her criticism in the comments section. Britney Spears was up to her usual ways with an impromptu at-home runway show, and we were obviously loving it.

Reese Witherspoon visited her old dorm room at Stanford University, where its current occupant was very surprised to see the "Big Little Lies" star at her door.
