Jane Krakowski talks about working with Tina Fey

Actress Jane Krakowski had nothing but good things to say about writer and actor Tina Fey while promoting the third season of her Netflix show "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt" on BUILD Series NYC. Fey and Krakowski have worked together for ten years on the hit series "30 Rock" and "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt." Fey was one of the writers and creators for each show.

Krakowski is ready to work on other projects with Fey, even if it means being a doorman.

"Tina's about to do Mean Girls and I'm so thrilled for a Broadway musical, and I'm like I see no reason why our collaboration should stop now. I don't even think there is a part for me in Mean Girls, but I will do whatever Tina Fey needs. I'll be the stage doorman at this point."

Krakowski expressed admiration for Fey and reminisced on working with her on "30 Rock."

"I just think about the day that I was called to go meet them [Fey and the other show creators] for a show called '30 Rock.' You go to a million of these appointments, you just walk in, you don't know that day could change your life. I got in [30 Rock] with two of the best writers, and people that I admire so much. '30 Rock' was one of the best experiences ever and then to be asked to work with them again on 'Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt' has been a bit of a homecoming really. On the first day that I got there it was 95% of the same crew and creative teams from "30 Rock." "

Whatever projects Fey has up her sleeve don't be surprised to see a Krakowski cameo, or she may even have a reoccurring role. Wherever Fey goes you can aspect Krakowski to follow.

"I would follow her to wherever she asks me to go."

You can watch Krakowski on "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt" right now on Netflix.
