Best Looks of the 2017 Billboard Music Awards: Vanessa Hudgens, Celine Dion steal the show

Celine Dion's ivory couture ensemble was a total showstopper at the 2017 Billboard Music Awards, landing her a first-place spot in our Best Dressed roundup. The floor-length gown, featuring giant, dramatic shoulder puffs and a deep-V plunge, proves that Celine's style has only improved with age: At 49, she looked hotter than every single 20-something in attendance!
Although nobody could compete with Celine, other stars did up their fashion game for the big night: Host Vanessa Hudgens, who usually sticks to her boho-chic aesthetic, surprised everybody in a blush gown with gorgeous oversized bows. Meanwhile, hot-as-ever Jessie James Decker worked a black pantsuit with sexy cutouts.
Unfortunately, not everybody dressed to the nines -- in fact, far too many attendees totally missed the mark. Hailee Steinfeld and Halsey ended up on our worst-dressed list.
