2017 Billboard Music Awards' Worst Dressed: Halsey and Hailee Steinfeld fall flat

The 2017 Billboard Music Awards' red carpet -- sorry, pink carpet -- saw more than its fair share of fashion fails on Sunday evening. Although some stars stunned in gorgeous getups (A+ for host Vanessa Hudgens' glamorous gown!) far too many fell flat. Like, things were really bad.

Jaws dropped when Halsey struck a pose in a uniquely horrendous outfit: She paired a bra -- which didn't even seem to be her size -- with a floor-length khaki skirt, and then added insult to injury with cringeworthy gladiator heels.

Meanwhile, lesser-known stars like Z Lala and Dencia tried to embrace their inner Lady Gagas in big, dramatic ensembles, but let's be real: Only Lady Gaga can truly pull a Lady Gaga.

For her part, Rita Ora bared her entire behind in a fishnet skirt that showcased her black thong. Sorry, Rita, but Kendall Jenner already did that at the Met Gala, and hers was actually high-fashion. Take a look at all the worst offenders in the gallery above.
